Anna Idzik is not just the owner of Peti Pari, she is its soul. A classically trained chef pâtissière who spent years perfecting her craft before opening her own doors in the autumn of 2020, Anna brings together the rigour of French technique with a genuinely creative, modern touch.
Every macaron, every tart, every hand laminated croissant is a deliberate act. Using only the finest ingredients — Callebaut and Valrhona chocolate, organic dairy, seasonal fruit, each creation reflects both classical discipline and boundless imagination.
